T he Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) invites aspiring young storytellers to join the 8th Sine Kabataan Short Film Lab and Festival. It is a platform where you can bring fresh, powerful stories to life.  

Who can join? 

• Age: 18 to 23 years old 
• Must have created at least one short film

This is your chance to make a difference! Receive a ₱200,000 production grant and mentorship from industry experts, pitching to production. Plus, you can showcase your work during Philippine Film Industry Month.

20 story concepts will be shortlisted, and chosen participants will attend film labs to hone their skills and perfect their proposals. Following a pitching procedure, 10 finalists will be selected to earn a grant and bring their Sine Kabataan Short Film to reality.
